[vdr] Dolby Digital in the newest VDR version. A question to Klaus

Hi Klaus,

I haven't had time to test the latest, greatest VDR releases, but did
you fix the problem with muting and unmuting the digital output? The
old way you did it (IIRC saving the volume level to a variable and
later recalling it) doesn't work on the DD output, since you can't
adjust the DD volume level. I never got that to work in my nessy
patch as the DVB fw was buggy on using the Mute command.
