Well, if you see things this way there's no need to save them after 
CHANNELSAVEDELTA either.

The fact that there are unsaved changes. I was testing the channelscan 
plugin and I was slightly annoyed that after exiting vdr the changes 
weren't written to the file. Not a big issue, I can modify vdr myself 
and/or wait 10 minutes before exiting.
