[vdr] Re: VDR recording problem

Hello HGM.bg,

i had a similar problem, that some recordings are absolutly impossible
to replay, because the distortion are so great, that VDR only replay
big pixels (only some pixels on screen are changing) and sound is
totaly broken.

I had done now this test and i get on hda1:
/dev/hda1:
 Timing cached reads: 660 MB in 2.00 seconds = 330.00 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: read(2097152) returned 1411072 bytes

The last line is not fine or?
The other disks give somethink like this back:
/dev/hda4:
 Timing cached reads: 632 MB in 2.01 seconds = 314.43 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads: 136 MB in 3.04 seconds = 44.74 MB/sec

Can this be a problem on my harddisk, board or driver?
