I also found following problem, and solution for my problem:

/sys/class/video4linux/video0 1,2,3,..

is not in same order as /dev/dvb/frontent0, 1,2,3

/sys/class/dvb/dvb0.frontend0 seems to be in the same order, as /dev/dvb/frontent0

now I get my ID with following the symlink:

/sys/class/dvb/dvb0.frontend0 -> /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1e.0/0000:01:00.0/dvb/dvb0.frontend0

That's all what I need.
