DVD plugin - sound jerky??

I've had this problem for ages and never found any resolution to it as it's really only a problem with DVDs that have a lot of chapters. When it get towards the end of a chapter, the sound disappears. The video is still fine, but the sound stops. Are there any debugs I can run to get more info out of dvd-plugin?

I have patched the xine-lib cvs with the vdr-xine-0.7.9 xine-lib patch but get these compile errors. xineliboutput: "No usable fronteds"

Hi all, I'm new to vdr and am now trying to set up my first system. I don't have a ff-card and decided to use a NVidia graphics card to connect my system to the TV (I considered using a DXR3, but I want to play DIVX movies as well, for which my computer is too slow). So, i am trying to install the xineliboutput-plugin. I downloaded, compiled and installed the 0.99rc5 version from the homepage, all with no errors. When I try to start vdr as mentioned in the README, the program immediately stops without any message. Error while Recording and loose signal

Sorry but it is not possible for me to describe this error in english. Maybe the google-translator work. Bei Aufzug eines Gewitters empfängt die Satanlage kein Signal mehr, so daß ich nur noch schwarz sehe, jedoch habe ich nach einiger Zeit wieder Empfang. Wenn während dieser Zeit aber eine Aufnahme läuft, dann beendet sich der VDR. (Restart; runvdr). Gruß, DaLiMan
