Changes: - added a missing "break" statement which froze vdr after pressing channel up/down buttons when the main menu was displayed. Thanks to Christian Jacobsen, "Horchi" and Anssi Hannula for reporting and analysing. - adapted to VDR 1.4.3

Hi Matthias,
there is an error in this patch that can cause a buffer overflow and stop of VDR. The error can be fixed by replacing:

in menu.c.
