[linux-dvb] Dvico Fusion DVB-T and 2.6.14 compiling issue

Now I am a little confused.
I am following the following walk through,
Assuming the drivers are already installed (as message shows the loading
of the driver) how do I get the test/channel scanner to connect to it?
