[vdr] ttxtsub problem with vdr >= 1.3.28

Maybe it's simpler to just disable the epg scan in the setup: I have it 
disabled and I have no problems with the ttxsubs plugin (OTOH I don't 
use it that much). Note that the last patch I applied was for 
vdr-1.3.26, since I upgraded since then using the diffs (saves some 
patching ;-)
