[vdr] VDR with VLC (videolan)

I am able to get video, but the audio isnt working for some reason..

vlc -vvv v4l:/dev/video0:adev=/dev/dsp:audio=1:norm=ntsc:size=352x240 --sout

Any ideas?  I can play the audio just fine through the sound card.  Here is some
of the debug I get from running the command above:
