Asus eeePC 1000

I read somewhere recently that the Asus eeePC uses this webcam module. Being a complete novice I can`t find the driver on my eeePc 1000.

I would like to be able to use this cam on my Ubuntu desktop machine.

Is the opening statement true,and have I been of any assistance?

I just know several people like me like to use the VAD webcam. I have no idea which webcam is built-in into the eeePC but I doubt they are the same (At least there are people on the eeePC 1000 using their cam). Please provide proper information about the webcam like on the wiki page (at least chip and manufacturer of the card - you might have to open the TFT screen to find out!)
