Seit Ende Juli wird eine neue Nova-T verkauft, die noch nicht unterstützt wird. Ein Linux-Treiber hierfür existiert zwar bei Hauppauge, sie geben diesen jedoch aus lizenzrechtlichen Erwägungen gegenüber Conexant noch nicht frei (vgl. Je nach verwendeter VDR-Distribution wird sie an verschiedenen Plätzen erwartet, am einfachsten nachzulesen in den logs (tail -n 400 /var/log/messages). Dort steht, wo er sie ''nicht'' findet und wo sie folglich hinkopiert werden muss.
Üblich sind Pfade wie /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/tda1004x.bin (c't2VDR) oder /etc/dvb/tda1004x.mc.
