Pinnacle PCTV HD Stick (801e SE)

A hybrid ATSC USB 2.0 device by Pinnacle.

Support for the digital functionality of this device has been submitted to the 2.6.28-rc1 kernel.

Overview/Features

This device supports ATSC (i.e. OTA Digital TV) and analog NTSC. The package includes a small dipole antenna and a short USB extension cable.

Components used

Internally, the device is identical to the Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick (801e), except the Infrared remote control receiver and A/V dongle connector are not populated.

Identification

From the output of lsusb -v, the device identifies itself as USB ID 2304:023b.
