the pctv 340e seems to fail to work with newer kernels
under ubuntu 13.10 tunning works fine when when bootin with kernel version 3.8 but when using the standard kernel (version 3.11 ) tzap is unable to get a lock, there don't appear to be any error messeges
- work again with kernel 3.16 out of box in ubuntu 14.10
