Linux support

The s2-liplianin v4l branch includes support for the card. (Patch http://mercurial.intuxication.org/hg/s2-liplianin/rev/0b7d3cc65161)

The card will be supported out-of-box since Linux 3.5.

The firmware dvb-fe-ds3000.fw can be obtained from the TeVii website.
