A DVB-T/DVB-T2 or DVB-C PCIe card from TechnoTrend with integrated CI Slot. The card seems to be a OEM version of DVBSky T980C.

Driver and more

Manufacturer provides a proprietary binary-only driver for x86 and x86_64 architecture. There's a different version of the driver for DVB-T/T2 and DVB-C, so both cannot be used simultaneously.

There's also an open source driver that's included in kernel 3.19. It can be built for older kernels using the media_build. Firmware is required for Si2168 demod and Si2158 tuner. See the details from the DVBSky T980C page.
