The TwinhanDTV Cab-CI is a DVB-C PCI-card by TwinHan that has a CI-slot and a hardware MPEG2-decoder (full featured card). The card also is capable to receive CMoreHDTV [1].

It comes up in 'lspci -v as

0000:00:0b.0 Multimedia controller: Twinhan Technology Co. Ltd: Unknown device 4e35 (rev 01)
Subsystem: Twinhan Technology Co. Ltd: Unknown device 0008
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 10
	Memory at e1000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=4K]

Support in Linux is not straightforward or it doesn't work at all.

According to Mauro's Statement on the developers list, it's more worse, there maybe 2 different series around with the *same* PCI IDs.
