ULi Electronics was a semiconductor company that was formed, in 2003, as an independent subsidiary of ALi (Acer Labs Inc, itself a subsidiary of Acer). ULi was acquired by NVIDIA in March 2006.

Notable products include the M920x family of USB video/audio controllers.
