The board design is identical. So this board must work like the NotOnlyTV LV3H.
Use this options to make the device work with a kernel ≥ 2.6.32
options cx88xx card=81 tuner=71
And install linux-firmware-nonfree wich include
/lib/firmware/xc3028-v27.fw
If this works, please somebody move this card to the supported ones.
