Hello,

A transponder with SR=27500 and FEC 3/4 provides a net bandwidth of
about 38Mbit/s.  My calculation shows that EOL should have at least
ten thousand subscribers just to pay the transponder...
You can notice that 150 Kbits is quite reasonable then...

Anyway, in the General service conditions of EOL, one  can read
"EOL hereby expressely states that it does not provide high speed internet as part of the services"
!!!!
