[linux-dvb] checking overflows

Hello,
How to check whether there are any overflow events occuring while reading
the transport streams from the card? The qpskEvent blocks as of now as i
have opened the device in RDWR mode. When i tried to open the same in
non-blocking it fails saying device or resource busy. The version of my
driver is 0.8 and i am using NAPI for accessing the dvb card.
