[linux-dvb] dvb 0.81, glitches and ac97

Unfortunately the glitches are still there - but i had the idea, that if it's
really coming from the syncing between video and audio,
would'nt it be possible to just feed the card with the (sligtly delayed)
video-stream, and pipe the ac97-stream through alsa-software-decoder instead?
We would have great sound and no more glitches then, whether do it at
application or driver level (as option of course) should be considered then.

---
another strange thing i observed:

during playback dmesg shows normally:

Jan 24 18:34:25 wonderbox kernel: dvb: Playing PES
Jan 24 18:34:25 wonderbox kernel: MPEG: ASPECT: 4:3 Size = 704x576
FRAMERATE: 25 BRate: 3.74 Mbit/s
Jan 24 18:34:25 wonderbox kernel: MPEG: PAL mode

but i got occasionally:

Jan 22 19:13:30 wonderbox kernel: dvb: Playing PES
Jan 22 19:13:30 wonderbox kernel: MPEG: ASPECT: 4:3 Size = 480x576
FRAMERATE: 25 BRate: 15.0 Mbit/s
Jan 22 19:13:30 wonderbox kernel: MPEG: PAL mode

Is'nt that a bit high data rate?
