[linux-dvb] DVB-C support broken in 0.81?

Sorry, DVB-C is not yet implemented in the new API. 
I haven't tried it in a while, but it should be possible to remove the
-DNAPI in the Makefiles of libdvb and gVideo and than it should
use the old API. Tuxzap will only work with TV output, though. I don't
have direct access to a cable card right now, so I can't try it myself.
