I don't think, it's a vdr problem - it looks like problem of the dvb driver:

It looks like the memory management of this kernel has changed and now we
have a problem with the dvb driver. I'll take a look at it, because I think,
we will not get a solution with these drivers (-> dvb drivers 0.9...)
