[linux-dvb] Budget cards

Hello,

I'm interested to know what is possible with the budget cards.  It's been 
said on this list numerous times that they can deliver the raw transport 
stream as broadcast (as opposed to the "reconstructed" TS produced with the 
"standard" cards).

Is it possible for an application to access this entire stream - e.g. to 
multicast it over a 100MB/s LAN?  Or is it only possible to set up PES 
filters and access a subset of the TS?

Also, does anyone know if the Hauupauge WinTV NOVA has changed specification 
in the same way as the standard card?
