[linux-dvb] compile error in dvb.c

Hi all,
I get these errors messages when i try 'make'
I have debian with 2.4.5 kernel, without V4L and I2C options
gcc 2.95.2


make: /scripts/pathdown.sh: Command not found
dvb.c: In function `vid_register':
dvb.c:5170: too few arguments to function `video_register_device_Rdc7434c2'
make[2]: *** [dvb.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [_mod_/root/DVB-0.9/driver] Error 2
