In the channels.conf line you have 11340, but then you write 1134 (without
the trailing '0') - typo?

The field #8 into which you have entered '12' is supposed to be the
"Teletext PID" (not "Transponder ID").

Don't know if this helps in any way, just wanted to point it out.
