Same thing here. I have the rev. 2.1 card, too.

Have you tried DEBUG_OSD so that the OSD will appear on the controlling
terminal instead of the TV screen? If that works and the "real" OSD doesn't,
then OSD memory has been reduced once again. But if I remember correctly,
Klaus has already integrated a function that will shrink the OSD until it
fits into memory automatically. So, if it's a memory problem, it should be
"self-healing" ;-) We should probably just wait until Klaus is back from
vacation ...
