Hi Stefan,

no, it is being broadcast in analog format only, so there's no AC3.
All the private channels are missing in Cable-DVB, at least here in Munich.
The DVB bouquets are: ARD, ZDF Vision, MediaVision and PW.
Now that the pink jerks have sold the cable net the situation might improve 
over time.
