[linux-dvb] help in getting new DVB-S card

I'm planning to get new DVB-s Card from Hauppauge
how to know from the box if it's Rev 1.3 or 1.6
as I have on with Rev 2.1 and have problem with it
is something written in the box like  B 1.2.1 indicate something ?

please help me in find that without the need to open the box
