This is a new patch for vdr 0.85.

It now has some configurable options to enable/disable the new
multispeed mode and to adjust the speeds to your wishes.

The initial config fields gives the speed number to use when the
trickmode is started, e.g. initalmode=2 would start with the
middle speed.

Note that speed 3 is used for fast & slow modes if multispeed is
disabled. The old vdr defaults are 12 for fast and 2 for slow
trickmodes.
