[linux-dvb] Problems with dvb-0.9 and Suse 2.4.4-4GB

I am Otto Felbecker and new on this mailing list.

Never touch a running system!!
I have had a running VDR 0.72 with driver 0.8.2 under Linux Kernel
2.2.14 from Suse 6.4
Many thanks to all developers. Great work!!
I want to change to a 2.4.x Kernel (AC3 etc). After 1 week hard work I
have a running Linux 2.4.4-4GB from Suse 7.2
With the hints and tips from this mailing list i solved all this
mismatch and so on problems. Thank You.
(If somebody able to manage this Suse distribution, he don't need a
distribution anymore).
The driver siemens_dvb_0.8.2 after make install shows
(C) 2000 Convergence integrated media
and n-tv      Bingo!
But vdr 0.72 don't start.(But this is not the goal)
The driver siemens_dvb_0.9-20010618 and the DVB-2001-07-22 shows
(C) 2001 Convergence integrated media
and a blank screen, neither Pro7 nor n-tv
vdr 0.83 and also vdr 0.84 is loading without errors but on the blank
screen no OSD is coming up.
(I copied the adjacent channels.conf)
I was'nt able to compile tuxzap to make some tests.
I use diseqc=0 Astra and diseqc=1 Hotbird
Any hints ?
