Hi Rainer,

I am only saying that this was helping me with the Galaxis card. This 
card has a metal clip coming from the cover of the metal HF casing 
espcially designed to contact the chip. When this is not the case with 
other cards, there might no extra cooling be needed. But in my case, the 
metel clip was making contact, but not completely. The gel I got from a 
shop where they sell electronic components. (take care with it, it is 
poisonous). You also have to take care the metel is not touching other 
metal components which can be part of the circuitry where you can short 
circuit things.
