[linux-dvb] L64781 Frontend basically works, testers wanted

Hi everybody,

the L64781 driver now works for me. A little zapping utility called tzap 
is in DVB/apps/szap/. Just type make there to build it. The provided 
channel lists have to be installed to ~/.tzap/channels.conf but will 
only work if you live somewhere in Berlin. For other regions we need 
other channel lists -- they are easy to create; feel free to contribute!
