For switching channels you can use szap. 

But to enable /dev/ost/dvr, you might want to use ntuxzap.
Then the problem stays. Even more, as the "-e"-Option only
sets a variable in libdvb, so it won't change the driver imediately.
Only after the next channelswitch or so the change takes place.
