[linux-dvb] dvbd3 quickfix

 Below is a quickfix to use dvbd3 with Opensky.

As EON and Netsystem all use the higher Ku band, it slipped unnoticed
that dvbd would be unable to compute the correct intermediary frequency
to tune to a lower band transponder.

A more elaborate fix is in dvb-0.8.2-patch-6 by Rolf Siebrecht, but for
those of you who may not whish to apply extensive modifications to the
dvb driver tree, here is a quickfix.

Assume : LOF1=9750000 LOF2=10700000 SLOF=117000000 (I think most LNB's
have these params)

Also, changes needed to dvbd.conf are included.

Notes on dvbd.conf :

only filter_0 does not work.
Both filter_0 and filter_1 as specified, work.
Only filter_1 not tested yet.
