[linux-dvb] dvbds

 For those who use dvbd2, here is a modified dvbd for use with
starspeeder by Bernd Fromel, modified by me to use Opensky.

 It uses the mac of the dvb card, not it's IP. 

Similar to the patch by Roberto Arcomano for using Netsystem.

Added support for Ku lower band.

Also, with dvbd3, as in my previous message, please forgive me for the
oversight :
replace MAC address in filter_1 with the MAC of your own dvb card.
