[linux-dvb] No signal

This does not look right. All the numbers (AV711-xxx, firm ...) seem
to be bogus. It looks like the firmware was not loaded correctly.

So, something is wrong with your setup, either with the PC or
with the card. You should check if the card works in a different PC. 
If it works something in the BIOS settings of the first PC could be
wrong (e.g. no busmastering possible/enabled for this slot?!).
Otherwise, get the card exchanged.
