Look in the source of the DVB driver. Look in apps/mpegtools and
you'll see a program called ts2ps, ts2pes and ts2es.

Alternatively look at http://libmpeg2.sourceforge.net/
I've been using a modified source from mpeg2dec.c to decode
a TS to raw YUV and raw PCM.
