[linux-dvb] Nova-T no stream with Newstruct

Hi,
I tested the Newstruct-driver and it seems to work better than the old ones. 
But i got one big problem. I got no stream from it.

dvbtune can lock to a channel, but can't read pat or sdt. And dvbstream -o 
doesn't output anything with same options!
I wrote a Script to try all avaible QAM and CR's but I didn't get it to 
something usefull. Any ideas?
