[linux-dvb] cant get nova-t to work

I cant seem to get a signal from my Nova-T board. If I run dvbtune I get

[justin@turbot dvbtune]$ ./dvbtune -f 481833000
tuning DVB-T (in United Kingdom) to 481833000

Signal strength: 0
SNR: 0
FE_STATUS: FE_HAS_POWER FE_HAS_SIGNAL FE_HAS_LOCK FE_HAS_CARRIER FE_HAS_VITERBI FE_HAS_SYNC

This is with cvs dvb.

The antenna should work, as it certainly receives analogue TV.

Any idea how to find out whats going on?
