Hi,

please use the CVS repository to get the drivers. the tarballs you 
mention are pretty outdated.

use

$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@linuxtv.org:/cvs/linuxtv login
[press enter]
$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@linuxtv.org:/cvs/linuxtv co DVB
