[linux-dvb] dvbsak 0.0.2

dvbsak 0.0.2 is available from:

Among other things, I've added tuning and basic scanning support
to dvbscan for DVB-C and DVB-S. It has been tested only with DVB-C,
though.

Here's an example run:

It doesn't work as well as it should yet, but at least there's something. =)
So basically dvbscan scans upwards with a fixed step size. When
it first gets a lock, it starts scanning downwards with the smallest step
size until we lose the lock. After that it scans upwards until we
lose the lock again. The average frequency between these two thresholds
is printed.
