  Hmm baybe I spoke too soon about the reliability to get the lock. Once I
get the lock the quality is the best with those patches, but the lock is
hard to get without additional offset on QAM128.  Maybe more experimenting
is needed.  Anyway the new QAM values work great, meybe we just have to
find still something else to really nail this offset problem.
