[linux-dvb] Driver Reset

I  posted that question to the vdr mailing list, nobody could help me and i think it
might be a driver related problem so i post it here aswell.

Under I/O Load (transfermode == hdrecording) my card performs very often some kind of
reset. The "convergence" msg is displayed again. And vdr has to be
restarted. The kernelprocesses of the driver then cause high cpu load again.

I dont get any statement in syslog about whats going on. Maybe i got a
HW problem or something breaks because of slow I/O. (I dont think that, apart from that the system works fine)

What I also recognize sometimes (!!!!!) is a hanging vdr after insmodding the driver the first time. After make rmmod and a second;make insmod everything works fine except for the problem above.

Quite despared now !!!!

ANY IDEAS or hints to solve that problem or how to get more DBG output ?
