The Nexus-S features the dreaded TI AV7111 DSP, doesn't it? In that case,
no, PID 0x2000 will not make it dump all packets. The AV7111 uses bit 13 to
enable a PID filter entry, so 0x2000 would enable the reception of PID
0x0000 in a slot (32 slots are available).

You can make the AV7111 pass all packets by setting the "CAM bypass" bit in
the TPP, but unfortunately, the AV7111 will only give you packets without
any PIDs then, i.e. generate huge amounts of junk data for you. There is no
known way to work around this.

If you want to get ALL traffic from a DVB receiver card, get one without
the TI AV7111 PoS on it.
