There is a mistake in your file:

c56:778000000:INVERSION_OFF:BANDWIDTH_8_MHZ:FEC_2_3:FEC_NONE:QAM_16:TRANSMI
SSION_MODE_8K:GUARD_INTERVAL_1_8:HIERARCHY_NONE:161:82

778 MHz is channel 59, not 56. Channel 56 is at 754 MHz, but it was not in
operation the last time I checked.

FWIW, channels 39, 56 and 65 are planned to go into operation this August.
