There is a mistake in your file:

778 MHz is channel 59, not 56. Channel 56 is at 754 MHz, but it was not in
operation the last time I checked.
You are right, the misleading names are for historical reasons, I used
the c?? channels for testing purposes and changed their parameters
whenever one of the test transmitters moved. But you're right, I'll fix
this.
