The behaviour of the driver has changed such that if you close the open FD on 
the front-end there's a 5 second timeout before it shuts down.

In other words, if you use dvbtune or dvbstream you need to hack them to not 
close the front end FD and leave it to the system to clean it up on exit, 
then the problem will go away. :-)
