It doesn't work.

I get messages like:

usb 2-2: bulk timeout on ep4in
ttusb_dec_send_command: result bulk message failed: error -110

in my kernel log.

The non-existance endpoint 0x88 (#defined in the ttdec_usb source) might
be one of the problems here...

I'll try to debug further in the morning (try the firmware from the
supplied CD-ROM, build with STREAM_PIPE = 0x86).
