[linux-dvb] Re: VP-1020 dvb card and tuning



Hi there Mike,

Thanks for the trouble :-)

after loading bttv,dvb-bt8xx and dst, here is the output. Might have had big fingers earlier and done something wrong ;-)

The kernel I am using is a stock standard Mandrake 10 (2.6.3)

Card0 is DVB and card1 is a TV card.

Hmmm.. looks like the type flags are not set
in your log:

Were the flags accepted during loading? From the source code
I would expect some ".. user override dst type flags .." output here.

Not sure if this is implemented completely in the driver...

Which version of DVB drivers are you using and which kernel ?

I would also recommend a more complete syslog from /var/log/messages
instead of dmesg outputs
